How Personalisation Works

Creating a personalised gift at PersonalGift Shop is easy — here's how it works from start to finish.

Step 1 — Choose your gift

Browse our collections and find the perfect gift. Look for the personalisation options on the product page — every customisable product clearly shows what details you can add, such as a name, date, message, initials or photo.

Step 2 — Add your personal details

Fill in the personalisation field on the product page. Depending on the product this could be:

• A name or names
• A date (e.g. anniversary date, birthday, wedding day)
• A personal message or quote
• Initials or monogram
• A photo upload

Take your time and double-check your spelling — we produce exactly what you enter.

Step 3 — Preview your gift

Many products show a live preview as you type so you can see exactly how your gift will look. For products without a live preview, our team will email you a digital proof for approval before production begins.

Step 4 — Add to cart & checkout

Happy with how it looks? Add it to your cart and complete your order. You can ship directly to yourself or straight to the lucky recipient — we never include price information in our packages.

Step 5 — We create your gift

Once your order is confirmed, our production partners get to work crafting your personalised gift with care. Production times vary per product and are shown on each product page.

Step 6 — Delivery to your door

Your gift is carefully packaged and shipped to you or directly to the recipient. You'll receive a tracking link by email so you can follow it every step of the way.

• Personalised items cannot be returned unless damaged or incorrect
