Ordering & Personalisation

How do I personalise a gift?

It's simple! On each product page you'll find a personalisation field where you can enter the name, date, message or other details you'd like on your gift. Just fill it in before adding to your cart.

Can I preview my personalised gift before ordering?

Many of our products show a live preview as you type. For products without a preview, our team will send you a digital proof by email before we start production.

Can I change my personalisation after ordering?

We start processing orders quickly, so please contact us as soon as possible if you need to make a change. We'll do our best to accommodate, but we can't guarantee changes once production has started.

What if I make a spelling mistake in my personalisation?

We produce exactly what you enter, so please double-check your details before placing your order. If you spot a mistake right after ordering, contact us immediately and we'll try to correct it.

Shipping & Delivery

How long does delivery take?

Delivery times vary by product since we work with multiple production partners. Each product page shows the estimated delivery time. Most orders arrive within 5–10 business days.

Do you ship internationally?

Yes! We ship worldwide. International delivery times and costs vary by destination and are shown at checkout.

Can I track my order?

Yes, once your order has shipped you'll receive a tracking link by email so you can follow your package every step of the way.

Can I send a gift directly to the recipient?

Absolutely — just enter the recipient's address as the delivery address at checkout. We don't include invoices or price information in our packages.

Returns & Quality

What if my order arrives damaged or incorrect?

We're sorry if that happens! Please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order with a photo of the issue and we'll make it right with a replacement or refund.

Can I return a personalised gift?

Because personalised items are made specifically for you, we're unable to accept returns unless the item is damaged or we made an error. Please check your personalisation details carefully before ordering.
